If we happen to over intrude a luxated incisor, is it ok to pull it out to reposition it?
Is this better than having the tooth ankylose (as the cementum would be in contact with alveolar bone in over intrusion)?
Thanks,

Question:
If the tooth falls in the dirt, is it still recommended that it be re-placed right back into the socket, after rinsed?

About the tooth falling in the dirt...I remember from both a pedo and an endo lecture that it is ok to replace the tooth back in the socket after rinsing the dirt off.
